Verne Global selected within the top 1,000 'Companies to Inspire Britain', 2017

Company News In the Press

To be selected for the prestigious 2017 list, businesses had to demonstrate not only positive growth in revenue over the last three years, but also strong sector performance. Verne Global join a unique and varied list of the UK's most dynamic companies and are one of the few businesses listed who specialise within data center infrastructure, services and solutions.

The report identifies companies growing at rapid rates and those demonstrating industry-leading innovation and customer focus. London Stock Exchange Group's tough selection criteria also required selected firms to have out-performed their sector peers. While UK headquartered, Verne Global's ability to harness Iceland's 100% green, low-cost power profile and provide optimised solutions for data driven businesses across the world's most advanced industries showed impressive levels of innovation, plus the potential for rapid scalability.

Dominic Ward, Verne Global's VP of Corporate and Business Development said: "Verne Global is delighted to be selected by the London Stock Exchange Group as one of their '1000 Companies to Inspire Britain'. We are very pleased to be highlighted by the report as a dynamic high growth company outperforming our peers in the Information Technology sector."

The first 1,000 Companies list was published in 2013 and has gained real prominence among businesses, the media, policy makers and investors - becoming one of the most important and influential research projects within the British business landscape - and is personally supported by the Rt Hon Theresa May MP, The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
