Thorsteinsson previously served on the board of public IT group Kögun hf. and several subsidiaries, in Iceland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the U.S. He has been active in the information and communications techology sector for a quarter of a century in the U.K., Netherlands and Iceland, originally as a software designer, architect and CTO before moving to business management. |

James I. Cash, Jr, Ph.D.James E. Robison Professor and Senior Associate Dean, EmeritusHarvard Business SchoolDr. James I. Cash retired from the Harvard Business School in 2003 after 27 years on the faculty. While at HBS he taught in all the major HBS programs – MBA, Program for Management Development (PMD), Program for Global Leadership (PGL) and Advanced Management Program (AMP). Before joining the Harvard faculty, Dr. Cash was the university's Director of Data Processing. His continuing work and research is focused on the strategic use of information technology in the service sector. Professor Cash holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Texas Christian University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University's Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Purdue University's Krannert Graduate School of Management. He serves as a Trustee or Overseer for non-profit organizations, and is on the board of various public and private companies. |

In June 2003, he earned a master's degree (LLM) from Harvard Law School where he specialized in International Finance. His previous experience includes positions as Partner at Lex-Nestor Law Offices, CEO of Audkenni, Senior Attorney at the Icelandic Financial Supervisory Authority, and Legal Adviser with the Icelandic Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Fialkow has co-founded and operated numerous businesses focused on building applied technology-based platforms and tools for the travel, information services, financial services, specialty retail and payment processing industries. David is a former associate of Thomas H. Lee Company and U.S. Venture Partners. He is a member of the MIT Leadership Center Advisory Council and serves on several non-profit boards. David became a member of the CCP board in September 2006 when General Catalyst acquired stock in the company. He is also a board member of BBN Technologies, SmartLink Radio Networks, National Leisure Group, and SmartBargains, which Fialkow and General Catalyst co-founded. He is a graduate of Colgate University and Boston College Law School. |
